Manufacturing Process: Billets and coils are delivered to the pipe mill ready to be made into carbon steel pipe. Depending on the capabilities of the pipe mill and the end use of the final product, the casts will be formed into pipe by means of four distinct different manufacturing.Seamless carbon steel pipe has, as its name implies, no longitudinal weld seam. It is, in essence, one solid homogeneous piece of steel. A solid billet is simply heated and then stretched over a series of mandrels until the pipe has achieved its desired diameter and wall thickness.

Is seamless pipe stronger than welded pipe?
Seamless steel pipe has better pressure capacity, strength is higher than ERW welded steel pipe. So it is widely applied in high pressure equipment, and thermal, boiler industries. Generally the welding seam of the welded steel pipe is the weak point, the quality affect overall performance.

R: las inspecciones de terceros siempre son bienvenidas, como tuv. Todas las mercancías serán liberadas con MTC y selladas por el TPI
¿Pregunta 2: ¿ cuánto tiempo de entrega?
R: si las mercancías están en stock, generalmente unos 5 - 10 días. Si la mercancía no está en stock, es de 15 - 20 días. También en función de la cantidad.
¿Q3: ¿ proporcionan muestras? ¿Gratis o no?
R: sí, podemos proporcionar muestras de forma gratuita, pero no pagar el flete.
¿Q4: ¿ puedo personalizar los tubos de acero?
R: por supuesto que sí, podemos producirlo de acuerdo con sus requisitos, puede enviar CAD o dibujos de diseño.
¿Q5: ¿ hay servicios de valor agregado?
R: afortunadamente, tenemos mucha experiencia en esta industria. Equipamos el almacén con el equipo necesario para la pintura interior, el recubrimiento, el corte de tuberías, la soldadura de conexión y la fabricación mecánica según sea necesario.
